The way you access myPlans Connect depends on whether you are connected to the PG&E network or not.
The first time you access myPlans Connect when you are not logged into the PG&E network, you will need to create a unique username and password. When you get to the myPlans Connect login page, click on the “Get Started” button under “New Users.” Then, follow the prompts to register your account. You’ll use the last four digits of your Social Security number, your last name, date of birth and ZIP code to identify yourself. Once you enter those, you can create your own username and password. You will also be asked to provide the answers to some security questions, which will allow you to easily reset your login information if you forget it in the future.
